About
Product designer with 5 years of work experience, 2 YOE in UX across an agency and a Series A startup. I bring spatial reasoning and constraint-based thinking to product design & I care about systems, scannable workflows and using AI to move from idea to working prototype faster. Looking for product teams where craft and clarity matter equally.
Experience
UX Designer at Material Depot (2024-12 – 2026-02)
Series A. Owned end-to-end design across procurement, order tracking and estimation tools.
- Redesigned the order-tracking flow end-to-end: research, IA, prototypes, and shipped UI — restructuring order visibility to item and shipment level, reducing status-related support queries.
- Optimised internal procurement tool by analysing operational workflows and removing friction points, enabling faster bulk order processing (cutting lead-time entry by half) and shortening processing time for internal teams.
- Improved product discovery & navigation by refining IA across Category and Shop by Room pages based on demand data and PM inputs, making it easier for users to find relevant products.
- Worked on building product selection concepts for different use cases and designed standalone flows for Tile/Cost Calculator, Sample Ordering, 3D Design Requests etc. for clear decision making.
- Applied and maintained existing design system patterns to ensure consistency across user flows.
Interaction Designer at Spread Innovation and Design (2023-08 – 2024-03)
- Government Service Design (SRO Project): Worked on a government service design project involving field research, mapping end-to-end user journeys across offline and digital touchpoints and proposing improved service flows.
- IMMPL (Financial advisory firm) Website Revamp: Conducted qualitative user interviews for a financial advisory platform, developed personas and iterated layouts based on user needs and business goals.
- Restructured information architecture for a theatre website using card sorting and usability principles, translating insights into wireframes and final layouts.
Architect at Kham Design / RedRock Design (2020-01 – 2023-07)
- Worked with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate abstract needs into clear design solutions across 10+ client projects. Comfortable taking problems and structuring them into usable outcomes.
