- Redesigned the order-tracking flow end-to-end: research, IA, prototypes, and shipped UI — restructuring order visibility to item and shipment level, reducing status-related support queries.
- Optimised internal procurement tool by analysing operational workflows and removing friction points, enabling faster bulk order processing (cutting lead-time entry by half) and shortening processing time for internal teams.
- Improved product discovery & navigation by refining IA across Category and Shop by Room pages based on demand data and PM inputs, making it easier for users to find relevant products.
- Worked on building product selection concepts for different use cases and designed standalone flows for Tile/Cost Calculator, Sample Ordering, 3D Design Requests etc. for clear decision making.
