- Quality Control: Inspect surgical gloves for defects, thickness, pinhole, and sterilization standards as per ISO
- Production Monitoring: Supervise production line, maintain output targets and reduce rejection rate
- Documentation: Prepare daily QC reports, shift reports, and non-conformance reports using MS Excel
