Finserv, I run video content for Loans, INI and Wheels from the first brief to the final approved cut, and I built the QC and thumbnail tools that keep it fast and on-brand. I'm comfortable in both rooms: the creative one (scripts, storyboards, AI models) and the business one (stakeholders, timelines, approvals).

• Run the full video pipeline for Loans, INI and Wheels: strategy, scripting, storyboarding, AI generation, review cycles, QC and delivery, at a volume of around 400 videos per month.
• Built a Video QC & Content QA Platform that checks outsourced videos against brand, messaging, format and production standards, saving a large amount of review time.
• Built a brand-aligned thumbnail maker so every video ships with consistent, on-guideline thumbnails.
• Turn business goals into creative briefs, production plans and AI model workflows, and get stakeholder sign-off without delays.
• Built a KRA Tracking Dashboard for the video unit using Power BI and Excel.

• Focused on scripting and content strategy for AI-assisted ad content, assigned tasks to editors and tracked their progress with continuous status updates through to final delivery.
• Coordinated inputs, revisions and quality expectations across teams for Loans, INI and Wheels content. Converted to a full-time role in Oct 2025.
