My early passion for food and management inspired me to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, beginning at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Guwahati, where I specialized in Food Production. After completing my studies, I joined renowned brands such as Rebel Foods and Domino's Pizza, gaining over 5 years of experience in operations management. Excelling in this field allowed me to develop strong teams and capable managers, which in turn sparked my interest in Learning and Development (L&D).

This passion led me to transition my career path, leveraging my industry knowledge and operational experience to train and groom exceptional teams at Zepto Cafe.
