Hi Team,
M Afroze khan and I've nearly 14 years of experience into MNC, BPO, customer service and IT support and sales. My last organisation was Genpact as an operation manager for Godaddy global technical support and sales. Managing and working closely with WFM, MIS, HIRING, learnin developmen and operations team to make sure the business runs smoothly and the SLA,TAT and KPis are never missed. Representing WBR, QBR, MBR and YBR to Stakeholders and Clients.
