I am seeking to restart my career as an HR/ Admin professional in the education sector. Having worked as an HR professional in a reputable pharmaceutical company for 2 years, I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of human resources management. While my previous experience may seem industry-specific, the core principles and skills I have acquired can seamlessly translate into the education sector. Talent Acquisition

• Understanding the position requirements by working closely with business heads, proofreading resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating pay-rates
• Responsible for sourcing the right candidate for professionals in sales, marketing, medical services, business development, training, legal & supply chain functions 
• Maintaining recruitment tracker and producing recruitment reports when required.
