1Facilities management and supervision of camp accommodation & camp maintenance as per company policy2Responsibility to arrange and provide the room, beds space, blanket, bed sheet, pillow, mattress & furniture for employees and staff as per company or clients HSE policy.3Coordination &
• Periodic inspection of housekeeping, electrical & instruments like fire alarm, smoke detectors,ELCB,Mcb, Electrical DG fire extinguisher etc. through proper technician & workers 4Inspects all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.5Supervision of camp consumable storage room & consumable stock arrangements like bedsheet blanket,pillow,floormates,electrical & plumbing materials etc.6Data entry for camp occupants for managing accommodation details with occupancy,Employees full details like name employee Number, visa expiry dates, Date of mobilization & transfer with contact number7Ensuring quality of food is as per standard, follow HSE norms8Supervision and report to HSE department about company camp rules, Drug & alcohol policy 9Supervision and team leading of Toolbox talk &
• Preparation of daily time card of camp workers which is directly related to company including hired employees.10Daily room inspection for finding absenteeism and poor punctuality11Preparation of man-days details for daily camp attendance &
• Admin support12Coordination & preparation of camp assets details like furniture, portable cabin, computers, water tanks,Electical DG etc. with mobilization, transfer dates &
• Asset numbers,13Supervision & coordination of daily drinking water requirement, Sewage water removals &
• Skip waste removal details especially for remote area camp 14Capability to undertake more than 500 to 1000 peoples camp excluding direct catering supervision15Co-ordination of new employees arrival & departure for admin support
