?Experience in Vulnerability assessment and Administration,

installation, and configuration of Qualys scanners for the given infrastructure and Vulnerability Management

? On-Boarding and Decommission of servers to Qualys Tool

? Maintaining and updating the CMDB for in scope servers.

? Initiating Ad-hoc scans based on requests.

? Running reports for completed scans and preparing customized reports to share with patching team.

? Measure and Document Compliance with Detailed Report.

? Work on with troubleshooting techniques for the IP’s are not reachable/failed in scan.

? Monitoring status of Scanners and follow up with POC to bring scanners online if incase scanners went to offline.

? Approving and tracking FP & Exceptions Based on

Evidences shared by Server owners.

? Raising Tickets with Qualys vendor to get support for the issues which we faced in real time.

? Helping POCs to install the Qualys Cloud agents on the servers

? Fixing the Agent check-in issues on the servers.

? Preparing the Health Check report for the Qualys Cloud agent Servers.

? Preparing PPT’s & KPI’s to share with customer/client.

? Preparing Process Documents.

? Helping to server owners while installing cloud agents on servers.

? Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly &utilizing the same in a productive manner.

? Running Policy compliance scans on servers and sharing the report with patching team to measure all

CID’S as per standards.
