• Simultaneously managing two active Brownfield portfolios: Phase 1 (₹35 Cr, near completion) and Phase 2 (₹44 Cr, ongoing) — totalling ₹79 Cr in SMS & Rolling Mill upgrades.
• Managed vendor coordination and fabrication follow-ups across 30+ vendors, ensuring zero critical-path delays on equipment delivery and structural fabrication.
• Monitored daily site execution progress and liaised between contractors, engineering teams, and suppliers to resolve technical and logistical bottlenecks.
