- Handling manpower and maintaining 5S standards and eliminating MUDA

- Finalisation of rate contract with cargo movers. like Gati, TCI Express, FedEx.
- Manage and ensure timely outbound the ready material from Ware house.
- Update the record with actual inventory with cost.
- Closely monitor for all incoming material from vendors through nominated transporter.
- Supervise in packing area for all Export and domestic jobs.
- Checking and finalise Country of Origin as per customer requirement
