Case logging and documentation using SFDC (Salesforce Lightning).
Provided technical assistance to enterprise to customers VIA Phone, Remote and Email.
Handling open tickets and resolving customer's issues with provided SLA.
Handling calls and resolving their issues and in least AHT( average handling time ) without flaw.
Handling the various reports, trackers, and scheduled service activity reports by providing the best quality of service for enterprise customers.
Providing excellent customer service skills with a warm and professional manner.
Resolving or escalating issues as they arise and in line with Service Levels
Agreements.
Providing 1st tier front-line support by analyzing tickets based on the incidence ,
Event management and ID management
Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance,
reports and dashboards, workflows, validation rule and other routine tasks.
