- Analyse and verify applicant's Financial status, Credit, Property evacuation to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicant's credit histories, Corporate financial statements and other financial informations
- Approval and rejection loans based on available date as per prober company rules
- If the case is ok, then Underwrite loans based on required data
- Review loans agreement to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customer who have delinquent loans
- Compute payment schedules
- To evaluate proposals of customers for LAP, WC and BL performance history along with liquidity, debt/Asset management and profitability rations to access creditworthiness in evaluation interact with customers and understand the business and regularly monitoring delinquencies / infants.
- Collect pending papers with in TAT
- Following legal and technical team to get report with in TAT
- File arrangement for loan processing
- Decision making within defined TAT
- File MIS maintaining
- Resolved audit queries
- Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquence, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
- Arrange for maintenance and liquidation of delinquent properties
- Train new employees
- Update new policies to sales team
- Month on month making meeting with sales team
