• Independent handling of dispatch operation
• Plan & schedule daily dispatches as per customer requirements
• Coordinate with transporters for vechile availability
• Supervise warehouse activites include loading & manpower handling
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
• Monitoring the FG stock through the system
• Prepare and verify documents such as invoices, e-way bills & packing list
• Coordinate with other departments such as production & qc for smooth dispatch
• Maintain the Fifo and 5S in dispatch area / empty bin and trolley area
• Prepare inventory stock on monthly basis
• Update the sales order in SAP
• Handling the manpower and ensure safe and smooth operation in dispatch
• Responsibility of send & bring vehicle inside on time
• Responsibility for maintain 5s
• Handling loading/ unloading activities minimum waiting time, utilize labors material handling equipment (Forklift/ Hand Lifter)
• Checking and processing of transport bill
