4.5 yrs of experience in managerial positions heading operations in large farms as well as high tech farms. this included crop production, IPM plans, crop estimation and scheduling, man management, team building, SOP creation , process improvement and quality assurance.
i did my Bachelors (Hons) in Agri business management. The course was a mix of the basics of agriculture (cultivation) and business.
