My responsibilities in this sphere include primarily that of a Teller Authoriser and also to act in the capacity of MCSOP (Manager Customer Service & Operations) in various branches.
- Providing comprehensive training to new bankers, tellers and remitters on Financial as well as legal aspect of banking domain, various backend processes involved and their underlying business objectives and goals. This also includes providing expertise on using and understanding various banking softwares along with sensitizing them on the business logics and algorithms involved.
- In-depth knowledge and extensive hands on experience on day to day banking operations like remittance transactions (funds transfer, RTGS, NEFT), fixed deposits, 15G/H ( additional deposits, new deposits, renewal, maturity and other related functions), tatkal accounts (instant account opening kits),their receipts, allotments, activation and deactivation in system, DD,BC and funds transfers.
- Responsible for creating customer service reports every month to ensure business continuity & client satisfaction. Also involved in creating month end, Quarter end and year end, bank financials ledger based reports like ANR, ENR & CASA to project Bank's profit/loss for business and to do details analysis on the data to the best of Bank's interest
- Rich exposure and domain knowledge of wealth management aspect of banking like financial planning with Insurance, Mutual funds etc.
- Well versed with onsite ATM operation, reconciliation and various backend operations involved.
- Assuring and ascertaining the authenticity of high value transactions both receipts and withdrawal through bank's internal Risk management framework and voucher verification system
- Responsible for bank branch operations - key responsibilities in clearing including high value transactions, HNI customers, Forex management, process compliance (TAT) for daily banking operations.
- Custodian in-charge of bank ATMs. Responsible for cash management and EOD reporting Monitoring and settlement of RTGS and NEFT transactions for the bank branch.
- Managing Non-performing and Non-AQB maintaining accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining adherence to KYC/AML norms stipulated by RBI.
- Counsel HNI and retail clients with regard to investment opportunities, risk analysis, and monetary returns.
- Proactively liaison with all the stakeholders resulting in expansion of client base and achievement of organizational goals.
- Maintaining adherence to various banking norms/compliance standards set forth by RBI.
- Cross-sell banking services and products to clientele. Excellent knowledge on various product bank has to offer to customers considering the risk factor involved.

Manage & Supervise operations in the Branch with the objective of delivering timely, efficient & productive processing service within the statutory, regulatory and operation norms of the Bank.
- Transactions:- Monitor and track daily responsibilities, oversee processing of transactions, manage ATMs/Cash/lockers, authorize and verify branch instructions, monitor adherence to processes, resolve escalated issues In Order To ensure timely and effective transaction execution.
