These interconnect and manage information from all assets and equipment at geographically distributed sites or large infrastructure. Presently overall 400,000+ things are connected to proprietary IoT hardware NISAEYE that incorporates A.I for machine learning and streams information to cloud end points for data and video analytics.

• Good in preparing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• We monitor a large number of live site alarms for bank branches and ATMs as well as for other clients
• The Consultant shall also be responsible to initiated video verification case of any open alarm/ticket and maintain record and also escalate to senior if needed.
• Good functional Knowledge and technical understanding, team performance and relationship management skill.
• We have to follow communication procedures, SOP & Policies.
• We should maintain good customer relationships with customers of Cattleya, coordinate with the support team as well as with the software team in case of site problems faced by the Cattleya's Client.
• Consultant will be responsible for all missed incidents and the necessary on it.
