This is Anitha from Chennai, Tamilnadu (India) have completed my Master's in Microbiology and have 2 years of work experience as a Microbiologist-(QC), in water industry & 7years of work experience as a Microbiologist- Quality control analyst in seafood industry. Iam Sincere and much dedicated to work. I look forward to move in my career.

• Good Knowledge and experienced in Microbiology Laboratory Practices
• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, GLP.
• Working with frozen seafood products under cold storage environment.
• Microbiological parameters testing and routine monitering checks of raw materials such as fish, squid, prawns, crab, etc.CCP is maintained.
• Provide an effective and efficient QC Service to operations by supervising, developing and coaching the QC team.
• Isolation and enumeration of bacteria such as coliforms, E.coli, and faecal coliforms, vibrio sp, in fishes, prawns,squid,shellfish,etc..by TPC method.
• Working knowledge of laboratory labwares, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and GLP.
• Evaluation, Supervision,routine checks and preparation of reports done.

I have completed my M.Sc Microbiology in Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamilnadu (India).
