Working for Internal/Inspection audits, Vendor Audits, Sanitization procedures, FOSTAC, ISO 22000, Inward Outward material (RM & PM), Raw material checking – Milk, Cream, SMP, Flours, Coffee, Cocoa powder, Dry fruits, Paneer & Curd, Buns different types, Pizza base, Footlong breads, Cakes, Sauces (Ketchup, Imli sonth, Mustard sauce, Hot chocolate fudge, Papaya candy etc. under Finished Product Unit). Physio-chemical - Organoleptic/ Sensory; Test performed from Butyrometer, Moisture from Hot air Oven/Moisture balance, Total solids (TS), pH, Fat, Protein, Lactose, Detergent, Dissolution, Colour, Density, CLR, Vegetable oil adulteration, SMP, Urea, Boric powder, Pond water etc.
