I have been working in the research area of Life Sciences more than a decade. I have an academic background in biology more precisely biochemistry, genomics, and computational biology. I got an opportunity to work on several scientific projects and published several scientific papers.
Currently I am eager to use my skills in teaching computational biology.
I will give classes in three sessions: 1). Theoretical knowledge and 2) Hands on experience on computers 3). Examination and doubt clearing sessions. I will provide basics to advanced knowledge of unix, R and python commands to teach computational biology. I will teach genomics and proteomics data analysis (eg. NGS) and provide study material. I will timely conduct assessment of students skills and resolve their queries. I will be available for any questions at any feasible time.
I also help in assignment and homework related to Bioinformatics and Biology. While explaining the concepts I give real life and relatable examples so that students can grasp it better.
I can give training for python and R to help in doing assignment. I also provide assistance for group classes.
