Based in Uttarakhand, I have actively contributed to women's development and skill enhancement initiatives, playing a key role in Monitoring & Evaluation, Mobilization, Skill Education Promotion, Placement, and Empowerment. • Develop and execute district-level monthly mobilization plans, including organizing awareness camps and Kaushal Panjee registration camps, community outreach, and coordination with block and gram panchayat-level stakeholders.
• Raise awareness about the scheme among the target community with the assistance of Community Resource Persons (CRPs) and available local channels (Self help groups) and build the capacity to enhance their effectiveness.
• Conducting field inspections and surprise visits to training canters across the state to ensure adherence to quality standards in skill training, placements, and project execution.
• Performing desk salary verifications of the candidates and Cross-check the uploaded documents (such as offer letters, salary slips and bank statements).
• Track placed candidates, including conducting onsite placement verifications of the candidates for clearance of instalment processes of the PIAs.
• Attendance verification for the batch approval. Review biometric (AEBAS) and manual attendance records to ensure 75% minimum candidate attendance compliance before batch approval.
• On-Job Training (OJT) verification of the candidates to ensure that OJT is conducted as per the approved training plan and in relevant sectors.

Managing and Coordinating Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) at district level. Client: Woman And Child Development Department, Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand.

• Operationalized PMMVY in all projects, health blocks, and AWCs/villages (including urban AWCs and mini AWCs).
• Implemented state-specific guidelines issued.
• Conducted training and refreshers for all stakeholder's/service providers in the districts.

• Coordinated with H&FW Department for timely ANC of beneficiaries and vaccination of children.
