As a dedicated and ambitious business administration student, I am passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource at New Horizon College in Bengaluru, India.
During my time at New Horizon College, I have been actively involved in various extracurricular activities, which have helped me acquire crucial skills such as communication, decision-making, coordination, and leadership. As a core team member of SARGAM, the most significant college fest in Karnataka, I have managed a team of 25 people, which has further honed my interpersonal and supervisory skills.
In addition, I had the opportunity to work as an HR Talent Acquisition Intern at ASV Enterprises in Bengaluru, where I was responsible for recruiting and handling salary payroll. During my tenure, I successfully hired 15+ employees, which has added value to my recruiting and decision-making skills.
As an HR Associate intern at Wildsonic , I learnt Technical Recruiting,employee Promoting a positive work environment, and working closely with co-founders to understand the hiring requirement.
Apart from academics, I have won several prizes in poetry writing competitions and am a proud head of the cultural club named "YUVA Munch" in college. I am also proficient in digital marketing and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
As an individual, I possess excellent communication skills, am a team player, and have strong problem-solving skills. When I'm not studying, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies of writing poetry, sketching, and playing the ukulele. Overall, I am excited about contributing my skills and experience to an organization in the Human Resource field and am looking forward to the next step in my career journey.
