• Analyzing and auditing and creating reviews of patient medical records
• Reviewing and auditing all kinds of medical records for workers' compensation and disability
• Reviewing Attending Physician's statement, diagnostic reports, Home health certificate, office visits, all kinds of therapies
• Sorting of medical records, indexing, hyperlinking of records
• Review of records for physicians QME, PQME, IME, Bookmarking PDF
• Maintaining quality and accuracy as per client instruction
