• Supported Trade lifecycle Mainframe Batch workflow for North American market brokerage clients of BETA Host – a back-office brokerage processing platform. • Collaborated with Product Engineering, Business Analysts and Product Management, effectively triaging product development releases using Agile framework across 11 Production, 20+ UAT and Dev regions each running over 8K-12K batch jobs. • Building and refreshing TEST regions for client UAT purposes. • Automated Batch integrity checks – built intelligent scanning tools that runs against current day and forecasted day schedule to capture errors before it transforms into an incident. Helping us to maintain quality over 99% (Number of incidents : Number of changes in %) consistently. • Worked with Information services group to bring in data from multiple sources, designed data models; done analyses to reduce emergency change requests by 22% MoM, thus delivering quality in the work. • Handled Regulatory and Industry mandate compliance related change activities.
