Timely replenishment of stocks both from supplier end and warehouse

Placing re-orders of existing ranges with Sales Analysis
Co-ordination with vendors (Private Labels & Brands) for stock reorders
Taking care of online business on @home website and partner websites like Flipkart,

Taking various actions like RTV, discounting, inter-store stock transfers & liquidation in order to clear stock.
