SERIES and baseband nodes (5216/6630).
➢ Worked as Team lead and managed team of 20 resources in GNOC.
➢ Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei Multivendor experience on 4G optimization.
➢ Execution of Ericsson nodes on ENM platform.
➢ Hands on experience of Linux, Unix, mml interface.
➢ Responsible to deliver RAN planned execution in Maintenance Window within agreed SLA time frame

➢ 5G NSA/LTE POP Shifting, Second Carrier addition in TDD.
➢ LTE Parameter optimization (TAC, QOS, Volte, IFLB, LMS, GPL) for improving network KPI's.
➢ LTE Freq relation creation/deletion.
➢ Quality of Service(QOS) parameters changes E-Node B/gNodeB.
➢ MME Addition and migration in E-Node B.
➢ PCI, RSI, X2 deletion across 4G network
➢ MME, X2, SGW, OSS Route addition/Integration on E-node Bs.
➢ LTE Harmonization & corresponding EARFCN changes in 2G also
