Interned in Industrial finance ,specifically under the finance and accounts department of a MAHARATNA PSU , RESPONSIBLE for
Construction OF A THERMAL POWER power plant .
Liaison between PSU AND L&t (billing on behalf of tender , work done , bills checking and sending for approval , check for breach (if) any in norms of policy and regulations and rectify
Later I was Recruited as supervisor to oversee operations , assisting and reporting to the project manager or task in charge ,
Maintainance supervising officer of the staff quaters
1100 acres power plant , with staff quaters , school , market , auditorium etc so a smooth driving too
The Social culture and the company culture are interdependent , WORK ethics should always be top priority in both . BEING Ethical is not always fruitful , it's a slow process , all good things take time , ETHICAL WORK makes sure it stays surfaces and stays good ,
, cutting corners ,with corruption instead of , due diligenct gets nowhere for sure .
