• Directing IT Project Management activities including project initiation, scoping, solutioning, estimation, project planning, risk management, resource staffing / management, account mining, solutions delivery and benefits tracking
• Mapping client's requirements and providing them best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalisation of project requirements
