- Knowledge of production and inventory processes.
- Responsible for Casting Production Alloy wheel and knuckle Visual Inspection. Find out Casting defect and meet to production target plan as per schedule.
- Supported the production team in daily operations and process improvements.
- Shop floor Audit work like Machine Parameter, POKA-YOKE, 5'S, Consumble items.
- Rejection Analysis after Machining which defect in Casting report to Manager for Daily Meeting.
- Attend to product and process audit on floor.
- Responsible for Machine spare item, PM plan and also solve machining problem.
- Handling customer complaints, solving the issues using quality tools like Fishbone diagram, why why analysis Pareto analysis etc.
- Process and product Audit Conduct as per our define schedule.
- Internal Defect check with X- Ray Machine, (Bosello Thunder 3 Model).
- Made different wheel program in X Ray for Internal Inspection.
- Check the supplier raw material for as per spec and maintain the supplier report.
- Responsible for Heat Treatment Process and monitoring and Check the Portable and BHN Hardness.
- Performed T.T.R monitoring and reporting to improve process efficiency.
- Handle U.T.M operations including maintenance, mechanical testing, calibration compliance report preparation, and ensuring accuracy & safety as per standards.
- Knowledge of various Measuring instruments like Spectro, Vernier caliper, Micrometer.
- Check the wheel dimension and DPT test.
- Set up change planning and set up approvals.
- Responsible for Melting Operation, Shift Management, Shift production planning and set up machine as per PPC plan.
- Working and Monitoring Internal & External Deviation & NC Process. Working on Quality Improvement System Kaizen, 5S.
- Handling the shift wise responsible and train to down line team to for process OJT.
