Working knowledge of ASTM, ASME, ISO, NACE, MSS, EN, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Handle QA documentation including final dossier preparation as per PO and customer requirements.
- Support 3.2 (third-party inspections) including pouring witness, mechanical testing, MPI, LPT, dimensional, and visual inspections.
- QA Documentation Executive with experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing quality documents, customer documentation, inspection reports, and final dossiers as per client and PO requirements.
- Prepare and maintain final inspection checklists for inspected steel castings.
- Coordinate with NDT, inspection, and machine shop departments for document collection & report verification.
- Perform 100% final visual inspection and random dimensional inspection as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Ensure identification and traceability of castings from knockout stage to dispatch.
- Coordinate tensile, hardness, and impact testing activities as per customer specifications and standards.
- Maintain inspection records, dispatch documents, corrective actions, NCR reports, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
- Conduct wall thickness verification, critical dimension checks, and audit inspections for dispatch-ready castings.
- Coordinate with development and pattern shop teams for corrective actions and quality improvements.
- Ensure dispatch materials comply with customer PO requirements, quality standards, & daily dispatch plans.
- Implement KAIZEN activities and maintain 5S practices for continuous quality improvement
