• Closely monitor production status on daily basis, regulate line planning, and ensure on-time completion as per ex-factory date.
• Coordinate with buyer for 3rd party inspections and conduct internal merchant audits (inline & final) to ensure shipment passes in first inspection.
• Handle complete documentation, WIP, and communication with buyer regarding order status, issues and countermeasures.
• Provide weekly Work In Hand (WIH) reports to management, buyer and merchandising team for complete visibility.
• Handle emergency sampling and costing for specific accounts, prepare cost sheets and submit to buyer with samples.
• Liaise with commercial, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely booking, shipping and documentation for on-time delivery.
