Our office in Mohali is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our loan products (Personal Loans, Car Loans, Business Loans, and Gold Loans).
• Understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address queries or concerns.
• Report feedback and suggestions to the management team for service improvement.

  Key Skills & Qualifications:

  Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English (Knowledge of Punjabi is an added advantage).

• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in financial services) is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
