- Track and Rectifying the Issue of Billed Vehicles which is hold by Quality Inspector during PDI (Pre- Delivery Inspection).
- Root-cause analysis and resolution for vehicle quality defects.
- Expediting the clearance of D30 vehicle (Vehicle more than 30 days) from Quality Inspection.
- Optimizing yard and parking infrastructure to maximize space utilization.
- Daily Report Updating.

- Execution in SAP from goods and material movement ( Inwardings & Outgoing).
- Execute comprehensive final quality audits against standard dispatch checklists to ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Coordinate with Production and Store teams to ensure availability of finished goods as per dispatch plain.
- Arrange Vehicle, Trailer and Container as per customer delivery schedule.
- Supervise Loading activity ensure adherence to safety protocols, FIFO and quality standard.
- Coordinating and Chasing of Transporter for Faster Delivery of Material to the Customer.
- Prepare and Verify dispatch documentation such as: Ensure compliances of GST, excise and transport regulations.
- Support in resolving customer complaints related to product issues, delays and document mistakes.
- Ensure readiness for internal / external / customer audit.
- Maintain 5s and safety concern in dispatch area.
- Track and Update dispatch status to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement Cost Saving initiative for Transportation to Reduce Freight Cost.
- Daily MIS Report Updating.
