Reporting to Company Director in The Biryani Mall New Delhi. Currently taking care the brand called HARLEQUIN in Delhi Connaught Place as a General Manager Operations which is operated by The Biryani mall. Also leading a team of 36 staff of all the departments of the Restaurant in New Delhi.
- Responsible for maintain proper procedure in Ordering, Receiving and Storage of food and Beverage.
- Maintain various Reports ex: P & L, Food & Beverage Cost, Sales summary.
- Responsible for directing, Supervising all activities pertaining to employee relations, food production, sanitation guest service and Operating profit
- Responsible for meeting all budget goals, meeting with clients and booking special catered events.
- Serve as restaurant contact for all advertising (Marketing) activities.
- Developing & implementing procedures, SOPs, control systems for maintaining hygiene & quality standards.
- Leading efforts for streamlining processes and generating cost savings in operations.
- Ensure profitability of operations and supervise all aspects of Kitchen management

- Co-ordinate with operating staff for upkeep of kitchen equipment in perfect working order

- Tracking competitor activities and keeping abreast with the latest market trend and requirements
- Recruiting, leading and mentoring teams and motivating them to achieve the targets.

- HRM, Staffing, Recruitment, Performance Review and Appraisal.
