- Current responsibilities to maintain the seven to eight Gateway Data like Payu, Paytm, Amazon, Pine lab, SIMPL, Razor pay and cash free.
- Providing Daily Report of all Gateways to Management regarding number of transactions of different types of Income, gateway charges with MTD and analysis daily variance.
- Comparing the ERP/CRM data on daily basis with Gateway data. Coordinate with Tech team and Gateway's team if any discrepancies are found.
- Upload ERP and Gateway Data in Accounting program.
- Maintain and checks various accounting ledger related to GATEWAY RECONCILATION like "Gateway Processing Fee" and "Payment Gateway control account" and all "Wallet" accounts of All Gateways
- Find, investigate, and resolve complex discrepancies related to settlements, refunds, chargebacks, provider fees and failed transactions.
- Monitor settlement cycles and track the end-to-end flow of funds from providers to company accounts, following up on pending or delayed settlements.
- Liaise directly payment gateways, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies and settlement delays, escalating, as necessary.
- Ensure correct posting of payment transactions, provider fees, commissions, and adjustment journal entries (JEs) to the ERP.
- Support external audits by providing detailed reconciliation data, documentation, and analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes, issue escalations, and resolution outcomes to support audits and management reporting.
- Find recurring reconciliation issues and recommend process/system enhancements to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of payment provider transactions against ERP records, internal systems payment gateway reports, and bank statements.
- Coordinate with Tech and Internally team to enhance automation, improve data accuracy, and streamline reconciliation processes.
