With nearly 2 years in a dedicated Project Management Analyst role at Elucidata (and over 3 years in project-focused environments), I've honed my skills in Agile methodologies, JIRA automation (a personal favorite for boosting efficiency – I’ve helped save teams 15+ hours a week!), and ensuring projects hit their deadlines (consistently achieving 95%+ on-time delivery).

My background in bioinformatics and data curation gives me a unique analytical perspective, which I apply to everything from resource allocation and capacity planning . I thrive on clear communication, effective stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.
