• Matching the invoice with Purchase Order & Goods Received Note
• Checking of vendor database and Mails for the No GR invoices
• Conduct Quality checks to avoid duplication and includes on the vendor name, address to which the invoice is billed, invoice date, amount, currency code and description of the service
• Preparation of all PO's report for Location Validation to check Accuracy
• Preparation of Aging report on Weekly basis and submitting to the supervisor
• Invoice processing
• Responding to queries, Payment related vendor or Client E-mails and provide prompt responses on time
• Giving training to the New Joiners and solving their queries
