Area of operation: Mexico, Italy, Libya, Congo, Angola, Dubai, Iran, Qatar. Presently working in Indian offshore for ONGCL.

• Ensure seafarer is carrying all original statutory documents required and filing of the same in seafarers database
• Compile crew list within 24 hrs of crew change and send to relevant officials
• Monitor visa expiries and if required process visa documents with company authorised agents
• Monitor all statutory certificates issued by flag state and advice responsible person accordingly
• Carry out and recorded drug and alcohol test reports during port stay and during surprise checks
• Process and reimburse cash advance for crew and keep a record of the same
• Keep all documents / marine circulars in central filing system in place and up to date for flag state and port state control inspection
• Carry out annual SRC survey and assist in SEQ survey
• Assist master during flag state and port state control inspection and provide relevant documents during internal / external audits and surveys
• Keep check on all official communication and reply to the same in consultation with master
• Receive incoming satellite phone calls and inform concerned / take action in consultation with master
• Ensure mail packets being packed and send timely with transmittal note
• Prepare documents for port clearance as per flag state requirements
• Prepare crew time sheet for monthly wages and accounting for crew cash advance
• Carry out any other duties as required
