I'm Bikash Kumar Behera, working as a LEAD DevOps and PLATFORM Engineer with having around 9.8+ years of extensive experience on DEVOPS AND SRE Domain. I've worked across AWS, GCP,and Azure cloud platforms, primarily for enterprise clients- like British Telecom, Hilton Hotels, and Deutsche Bank through NTT DATA.

My core work has been around

Kubernetes operations, GitOps with ArgoCD, Terraform-based infrastructure, and CI/CD at scale. I've managed EKS and GKE clusters scaling up to 150 nodes, built end-to-end pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions,and handled FinOps governance across 200+ clusters that delivered $280K in annual savings.

Before NTT DATA, I worked at System Plus Transformation on TUI Group's AWS infrastructure - that's where I got deep into Terraform module design, Lambda-based serverless pipelines,and reliability engineering for a high-transaction travel platform.

I'm comfortable owning infrastructure problems end-to-end-from provisioning and deployment to incident response and cost control. I work very well in environments where there's a large cluster fleet to manage and am more excited to bring this expertise to a very complex and high availability environment and am more passionate about collaborating with cross-functionality to hit the elite DORA METRICES while keeping the system more secure, scalable and Reliable.
