Thank you for the opportunity. I am an MEP and project management professional with around 15 years of experience in building construction, specializing in MEP planning, design coordination, execution, testing and commissioning, and project delivery.

Currently, I am working as a Senior Project Manager, where I am responsible for managing multidisciplinary MEP activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring cost and schedule, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

I have experience handling large-scale residential and commercial projects, including high-rise developments, with strong exposure to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, STP/WTP and overall MEP coordination.

My strengths are project planning, team leadership, contractor management, cost control, technical problem-solving and stakeholder coordination. At this stage of my career, I am looking to take a larger leadership responsibility where I can contribute not only technically but also in project strategy, commercial management and overall business delivery.

That is why I am interested in a GM MEP / Head of MEP position.

I have around 15 years of experience in the building construction industry, with strong expertise in MEP and project management. My experience covers residential, commercial and large-scale building projects, including planning, design coordination, execution, testing and commissioning, and project handover.

In my current role as a Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for overall MEP project delivery, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, STP/WTP and coordination with civil and architectural teams. I manage consultants, contractors and vendors, monitor project progress, control costs, review technical submissions and ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

I have also handled large-value projects and multidisciplinary teams, with significant involvement in contractor management, procurement, billing, variation assessment, technical problem-solving and client coordination.

My key strengths are MEP technical knowledge, project planning, team leadership, cost control, stakeholder management and execution. I am now looking to leverage this experience in a broader GM MEP or Head of MEP role, taking responsibility for multiple projects and overall MEP business performance.

I have completed my engineering education in the electrical/MEP field. Along with my technical qualification, I have continuously upgraded my knowledge through professional certifications Project Management IIT DELHI and management education. I am currently pursuing an Online MBA from VIT, which is helping me strengthen my knowledge in finance, business management, leadership and strategic decision-making.

My objective is to combine my technical MEP experience with strong business and management skills to take on larger leadership responsibilities at GM MEP or Head of MEP level.
