Company is well equipped with machines like CNC-Turning, VMC, Bolt former M/c, Polyturn, Mechanical & Hydraulic Press M/c, Rolling M/c, Cylindrical Grinding M/c, Milling and Lathe M/c etc. Testing facilities include Rockwell hardness Tester, Profile projector, Contour tracer, Roughness tester, Micro-meter, Vernier caliper, Snap gauge, Slip gauge, Height gauge etc.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specs
- Conduct audits like process audit, product audit
- Layout inspection of samples
- Documentation Work like Control Plan, drawing, SPC etc.
- Having a well knowledge of 7QC Tools, 5'S, 4M etc.
- Rejection analysis by Red Bin Analysis method
- Reduce the in-house PPM with the help of Poke-Yoke
- Review daily internal rejection and initiate action plan for improvement
- Attend Morning meeting and discussion about problems
- Take the corrective & preventive action to controls the rejection
- On job training to operators & supervisor
- Maintain Of 5's on the shop floor
- Process improvement activities such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke implementation
- Well familiar with measuring Inst. like Vernier, Micrometer, Profile Projector, Roughness Tester, Height Gauge, Thread Plug Gauges, Thread Ring Gauges etc.
