Worked on Dispute-Fraud Management system for US Bank. When misconduct/mistranslation occurs in the system, customers call to raise a request. Casper creates a case and determines whether it is a Dispute/Fraud based on a decision table which sets the reason code. Once either dispute/fraud is created in the system, Chargeback, Pre-Arbitration, Arbitration, Disbursement happen including multiple functions.

Worked on Credit card issue system – GO2 for American Express.
American
Express has a system to sanction the credit cards to the applied user based on few criteria which evaluates through this system. Customer applies the credit card through hard copies, Banks, etc mediums. CCP submits the applications in Go2 applications to evaluate various criteria. Case is created in Pega and goes through the evolution checks in 5 stages in different work baskets. Customer is provided the Amex credit card once every condition is satisfied. Maximum transactions in this application happen through Integrations itself.

Worked on Auto Insurance Process System for Zurich. Allstate provides Insurance claim service to the registered personal and transport vehicles owners who falls under the criteria (Damage, Theft, Accident). The users can claim insurance based on condition whether it is full insurance or parts wise insurance. This particular application helps user to create the case and get the insurance claim by providing necessary details and approvals.
