• Using Zing HR software for Joining processing to Resigned
• As per client requirement generate CTC.
• Processing of Full & Final settlement of resigned employee.
• Handing PF related query like PF, KYC Updation, ESIC resolving PF queries of Employees.
• Maintaining & tracking employee's Manpower Report (Addition/Deletion) for Headcount and share to client monthly.
• Handling all the queries related salary, salary slip, leave balance & attendance.
• MIS-Preparing report and sending the daily & weekly Joining report to the manager.
• Good network Contact with client.
• Attendance follow-up for salary process.
