Key Responsible Area-
Accurately record all business transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.) in the accounting system.
Maintain the general ledger and update accounts as necessary.
To ensure accuracy, perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
Process and manage accounts payable (vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, etc.) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, payments).
Ensure timely payment to vendors and collection of outstanding customer payments.
Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records and reports.
Ensure that all financial documentation complies with company policies and relevant regulations.
Help in the management of accounting software and systems.
Ensure that all financial records are properly maintained and backed up.
Assist the finance team with other administrative and operational tasks related to accounting as needed.
