· An ambitious professional with experience in the industry predominantly in the areas of Project Management, New Product Development across Nutraceuticals, Snacks, Confectionary, beverage and RTC & RTE Domains.
· Owning patent rights for the product developed.
· Proactively generate to develop products and process ideas.
· Well versed implementing operational strategies and quality management systems
· Adept in project planning and execution, skilled in striking perfect coordination with all stakeholders to catalyze work performance and ensure project execution within defined cost/time parameters.
· Excellent knowledge of concepts and application of Quality Improvement and Audits, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO and Statutory Norms applicable for the food industry.
· Adept in conceptualizing careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the specified standards while performing root-cause analysis to prevent any reoccurrences & defective issues.
· Strong understanding of resource planning, focusing on waste reduction, enhancing productivity and profitability. Possess up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/ guidelines and statutory compliances in the Food industry.
· Articulate communicator with exceptional mentoring & interpersonal skills in transforming a low performing team to a high caliber work force coupled with proven abilities interact with individuals at all levels.
