Job profile & Responsibilities:

 Assisted user with technical issues via email, telephone and ticketing.

 Troubleshot and resolved application issues escalated from end users.

 Coordinate resolutions with development team and client or end user.

 Work in team environment to complete all testing activities according to schedule.

 Reported Development using SQL queries and Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
