- Deploy the APP for BYOD if office laptop has some issue
- Create & Delete user account and convert mail box to shared mail box as part of Off boarding & Onboarding from admin center
- Resolve apps issue (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, CTS, Celsus, and S&P plugins)
- Troubleshoot VDI & Citrix account issue and collect the logs and share to concern team
- Installation & configuration Local and Network Printer
- Coordinate with Lenovo and Dell support to handle damaged desktop and laptop which is under warranty
- Assist in Video Conference (Polycom) device support/update
