Sourcing candidates through various channels/job boards such as- social media, employee referrals,
and professional networks.
Strong in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Instahyre, Naukri, Shine etc.
Screening resumes and applications for the job role and shortlisting the most suitable candidates based on the job requirements.
Conducted initial interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their needs, technical fitment,
skills, experience, arranging layers of technical interviews with stakeholders/panels for the technical evaluation for fitment for the role by taking feedbacks from panels.
Conducted interviews Google meet, Teams, BarRaiser, Trackstar etc.
Negotiation on salary part and offer process.
