Currently continuing working as a GSO for AIRASIA. As a GSO self is responsible to monitor the entire activities during Check-in, Boarding Gate, and Arrivals as per process and policies . Give special importance to improve the NPS for the station .Evaluate GSA in different parameters .As a GSO i am responsible to foster prolific relations with each passenger and making them feel comfortable during the entire process and on emergency or distress assist the guests ensuring to maintain the highest level of safety, security and service standards for Ground Operations. Self also ensure that all ground handling operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
