I am a food technologist and have almost 2 years experience in food industry developing skill of Quality control, product development, HACCP, ISO compliances, teammates training, calculating DV% of product, etc. On the other hand i am also skilled in developing diet plans and recipe formulation and standardization.
Currently by profession, I am an Assistant Professor teaching Nutrition subjects like Nutritional assessments, Fundamentals of food science and Nutrition, Nutrition through lifecycle, etc.
Also, in past i have also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst where i have built skills like Quality check of the raw materials, monitoring production processes, evaluating the finished product, handling ISO audits, teammates training, etc
